Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be approved under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

Clear photos or videos are provided as evidence

The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact
Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect order placed by the customer

Normal wear and tear

Products returned in used, altered, or damaged condition (not caused during delivery)

Delivery charges, COD fees, or courier service charges

Our team will review the request within 1–2 working days

The product may be collected by our courier partner or returned by the customer

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

Refunds are issued via bank transfer only

Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval

In rare cases, refunds may be initiated based on verified courier tracking, prior to physical receipt
