Refund Policy

At Sorted.pk, we value transparency and fairness. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Clear photos or videos are provided as evidence

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact

Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products returned in used, altered, or damaged condition (not caused during delivery)

  • Delivery charges, COD fees, or courier service charges

Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@sorted.pk with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for refund

    • Clear photos or videos of the product

  2. Our team will review the request within 1–2 working days

  3. If approved:

    • The product may be collected by our courier partner or returned by the customer

    • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer only

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval

  • In rare cases, refunds may be initiated based on verified courier tracking, prior to physical receipt

Important Notes

  • Sorted.pk reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on inspection and policy compliance

  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in refusal of future orders

  • This policy works in conjunction with our Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy
