Shipping Details

  • We currently ship all over Pakistan

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days
    (Can extend up to 7 working days during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances)

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

  • Our team may confirm orders via call, SMS, or WhatsApp, especially for first-time customers

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read the policy below carefully:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all accessories, manuals, and tags intact

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos as evidence.
Once verified, we will offer replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind / Wrong Order

  • Returns due to change of mind, size issues, or incorrect orders placed by the customer are accepted

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refund Policy (Balanced & Fair)

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product

  • Product price may be refunded, excluding:

    • Original delivery charges

    • Any COD or courier service fees

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval

In rare cases, refunds may be initiated based on verified courier tracking before physical receipt.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If approved, our courier partner may:

    • Collect the returned item

    • Deliver the replacement item

  • Two-way courier charges may apply for exchanges not caused by our error

  • Order number

  • Issue description

  • Clear pictures/videos of the product

Our team will respond within 1–2 working days.
