7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Sorted.pk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect pricing

    • Stock unavailability

    • Incomplete address or contact details

    • Suspected fraudulent or fake orders

We may contact you for order verification via call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

8. Pricing & Payment Errors

While we aim to display accurate pricing, errors may occur.

In such cases, Sorted.pk reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Contact you for confirmation before proceeding

We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed under incorrect pricing, even if payment or confirmation has occurred.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders are verified before dispatch

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account blacklisting

  • Sorted.pk reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from customers with a history of non-receipt

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Website design

Is the exclusive intellectual property of Sorted.pk and protected under Pakistani copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sorted.pk shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or force majeure

  • Improper installation or misuse of products

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

12. Warranty & Returns Reference

Warranty, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate policies available on the Site. By purchasing from Sorted.pk, you agree to those policies.

13. Termination of Use

Sorted.pk reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders

Termination shall not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
